Hot August Nights. Boy howdy are they hot. I’m not talking about the cars either. Seems like it just keeps

getting hotter as each new day arrives. At Wing Ding 29 this year in Billings it was really hot. So hot that most of our motorcycle buddies were riding without their protective gear. Those who did wear their protective gear only managed to stay outdoors for a short time before overheating. Lots of bottled water didn’t hurt either. The seminars were full of people trying to get out of the heat. Other than that, everyone who attended this Wing Ding arrived home safely from their experience of a lifetime. A lot of memories were created and shared among those in attendance. On the return trip from Billings we managed to snap a picture of some of those in attendance.

    After the return of the Sierra Eagles it was business as usual. We were graced with a visit from our new Nevada District Directors, Fred Wilson and Roz Adams. They presented the Master Tour Rider patch and certificate to yours truly. It was a time for everyone at the monthly meeting to meet their new leadership.
