Sierra Eagles and Friends,

                   It is confirmed, I made a deal with the Miner Hotel in Mariposa just 45 minutes from the Yosemite Valley. We can get a room there for $78.20 a night plus tax, it includes a continental breakfast, there is a restaurant on site, a bar on site, and for those who want to sing Karaoke Saturday. Yea!!!! I have put a block of 10 rooms on reservation and she will hold them until May 1^st. But first come, first serve, so please if you want to go make your reservation now. That way if we run out of rooms we can get more so that all who want to go can go. The Miners Hotel seem to be very excited about the group coming for a visit.  Please let your ACD (Marianne Farrington, 775-747-7477) know if you have made a reservation on a room or rooms so we can keep track of how many are left. If we are running short we'll try to get additional rooms at the confirmed rate. $78.20 is only $3.20 more than our trip in 2009. Hope to see everyone there. This should prove to be another exciting event for those who love to view mother nature.
